Language of Care in Leadership Workshop

The language of care is at the heart of common thinking.

Without a caring language of conviviality, there will be no commons. In creating the future leaders both the ethics of care and its language should drive our teaching.

This Workshop is designed to introduce young people to become future leaders using care principles. This is necessary for the empowerment and wellbeing of future generations. The commons need leaders that operate with care and empower.

 The workshops primarily run through dialogue, observation and listening.

They reflect on life lessons, experiences and life stories.

The location also plays a vital role in the language of care as these are the places where the learner gains experience through everyday life and belonging to a community or alienated from one.

In this place, the child will develop intelligence through curiosity, imagination and collaborative learning.
