Ethics of Care Policy

This policy applies to Bizzie Bodies inner and all Common Purpose of its members, programme participants, audiences and all that come in contact with us and what we do.

Our Vision

To give people a safe working environment and the right tools to empower them in life. Based on our language of care vision, to re-appropriate the common idea within neighbourhoods as a tool of empowerment.

Commitment

In line with our constitution, while delivering this Vision we will:

Apply care to seeking to collaborate, work and engage with us in a proactive and positive manner.

Ask our members, participants and beneficiaries to adhere to our policies, ethics and beliefs.

Care is implemented in all our relationships and we give it the highest importance;

Through dialogue, we identify and address appropriately any potential conflicts of interest or threats such as 

We endeavour to raise the ethical standards within our community through ……and integrate ethical considerations into our procedure for decisions making.

In practice

Bizzie Bodies CIC will:

Take steps to see that all personnel are aware of and follow the Policy by;

Provide training to members, give advice, information as may be necessary to members at all levels;

appoint a member of the organisation with responsibility for ethical practices;

where appropriate require our clients, joint venture partners, stakeholders, contractors and other advisers to have a similar Ethical Standards Policy and accept ours; 

Highlight this ethical policy and any commercial partnerships or sponsorships in our yearly accounts, witnessed by members of the different executive committees, ambassadors and volunteers.

Acceptance of Terms 

All members need to read and agree to the description of this ethics of care.
